Debbie Leon has been responsible for Leon & Leon's administration since the firm was founded in 1993.
Ms. Leon's legal practice began with Morrison & Foerster in Washington D.C. and San Francisco.
She graduated with high distinction and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Virginia. As an undergraduate, Ms. Leon was the President of the Virginia Debaters and won numerous national awards in public speaking competitions.
Ms. Leon graduated from the University of Virginia Law School with membership in Order of the Coif. While at Virginia Law School, Ms. Leon was on the Editorial Board of the Virginia Law Review. In addition, she was a semifinalist in the Moot Court Competition and a legal writing instructor.
